Welcome to The Singapore Cheshire Home, located at 159 Serangoon Garden Way – Fondly known by residents as a place “Where Courage Lives”!
We are a long-term Adult Disability Home, providing holistic rehabilitation therapy, medical and nursing services round the clock for residents. Many of our residents suffer from neurological impairments, stroke, Parkinson’s, and muscular dystrophy which affect their mobility.
We also run a Day Activity Centre for clients who come daily for rehabilitation and social activities.

24/7 nursing and respite care for complex conditions – Parkinson’s, muscular dystrophy, stroke, neurological impairments
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, advance care planning, tailored activities of daily living, and cognitive enrichment
Training for independent living in simulated HDB flats, dementia care programmes, and community engagement through art, baking, urban farming, and values-in-action (VIA) projects
Targeted physical rehabilitation (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, home-based therapy), social and group activities, wellness therapy, and quality of life enhancement
